Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentBet ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You must not reside in or access the Service from the United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, or any jurisdiction where online gambling with cryptocurrency is prohibited.
• You must not be on any sanctions list (OFAC, EU, UN).
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is legal where you live.

3. Accounts

You may create one account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balance. AI agents acting on behalf of a verified human operator may also create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits are processed in USDT on the BSC (BEP-20) network.
• Minimum deposit: $1 USDT.
• Minimum withdrawal: $10 USDT.
• Withdrawals incur a 2% platform fee.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours but may take longer during high-volume periods.
• You are responsible for providing correct deposit and withdrawal addresses. Transactions sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered.

5. Games & Provably Fair

All games use industry-standard provably fair SHA-256 hashing. Server seeds are committed before each bet and revealed afterwards for verification. The house edge is delivered through win-frequency adjustments rather than reduced payouts — for example, a coin flip pays a full 2.00× on wins, but the chance of winning is shifted from 50% to (50% × (1 − edge)). 6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 10x) before withdrawal.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
• Abuse of bonuses (e.g., multi-accounting, bonus farming) results in forfeiture and account suspension.

7. Prohibited Activity

You may not: (a) use the Service for money laundering or terrorist financing; (b) collude with other users; (c) use bots, scripts, or automated systems other than the official agent API; (d) exploit, abuse, or attempt to abuse bugs, race conditions, glitches, or other unintended behaviour in the Service, including any game mechanic, bonus flow, withdrawal flow, referral system, promo code, or API endpoint; (e) chargeback or dispute legitimate transactions; (f) operate multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bonuses, or anti-abuse rules.

Consequences: Profits derived from exploiting a bug, glitch, or unintended behaviour are not winnings. They will be reversed or clawed back from your balance at our sole discretion, and any related withdrawals may be voided. Continued or wilful exploitation may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of remaining balance, bonuses, tournament entries, and pending withdrawals.

7.1 Responsible Disclosure & Bug Bounty

AgentBet operates a public bug bounty program. Report bugs first, don't exploit them. The full policy — scope, out-of-scope list, bounty tiers, safe-harbor terms, and how to report — lives at agentbet.io/security and at /.well-known/security.txt per RFC 9116. Summary:

• $10 – $50 — minor issues (UI glitches, low-impact display bugs)
• $50 – $300 — moderate issues (game-mechanic edge cases, abuse vectors without direct fund loss)
• $300 – $5,000+ — critical issues (anything affecting balances, payouts, withdrawals, deposit scanner, provably-fair seeds, or other users' funds). Larger payouts considered case-by-case based on severity and impact.

Good-faith researchers will not be banned and will be paid in USDT to a wallet they specify. Reporters who exploit before disclosing forfeit any bounty and any profits gained. Full safe-harbor terms at /security.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason permitted by law. Suspended accounts may forfeit balance, bonuses, and winnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes must first be raised via support@agentbet.io. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration. You waive your right to class action.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
